Exchange Policy

The deadline to request a replacement is up to 30 days after receipt of the goods.

It will be sent to your email the authorization of sending the goods, and you will have a period of up to 7 days for posting at the post office. This will not be updated, so stay tuned. SUPERHOT reserves the right to pass on to the consumer goods transit costs.

The goods arriving at our headquarters, will undergo a review and when approved, we will send a voucher to your email in the value of the product with the period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days to be used in a new purchase. You will receive all the monitoring of the exchange by email. * All products, with no exception, must be returned with the packaging, original labels and seals. The lack of any of these items describes the item as exchange refusal.

WARNING: The coupon is valid for 180 (one hundred and eighty) days after receipt. Not using within the same the coupon will be expired and it cannot be updated.

I DON´T WANT MY ORDER ANYMORE. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?

The deadline for the withdrawal of the purchase by regret or dissatisfaction is up to seven (7) days after receipt of the goods.

We will only accept the return of all the goods.

An email with a reverse logistics code with the term of up to 7 days for posting the post office will be forwarded (package not included). It will not be updated, so stay tuned.

If the order was paid with credit card, we will ask the chargeback with your service provider. From this confirmation, the reversal may be made up to 3 subsequent invoices. If paid via boleto it will be deposited in the current account/savings account within 30 working days from the date of response analysis of the product.

I received a different product

Do not worry! If so, please contact SAC customer service so that we can carry out the exchange of the product, keep at hand the order number.

I recieved a gift bought at the Cocrodillo site, but I want to exchange.

It’s simple! Perform the registration on the site and contact us through our Customer care service and enter your will to perform the exchange of the product. You will need to inform the Order number (this information is contained in the invoice sent with the product) or the document who presented because we need to find the records of purchase.

With Cocrodillo you can return the part you want to exchange and keep with credits on the site for use on future purchases, remembering that here our credits never expire.

ALERT!

The product to be exchanged must be in its original packing, with no evidence of use, with all seals and labels intact. The exchange request must be made within 30 days of receipt.

The Exchange is free?

No. Cocrodillo reserves the right to pass on the transit costs of the goods to the customer.
